Do you know what CPU this phone has?
Have you already tried to to connect phone to Sigma and run Read Unlock Codes with the latest software version?

Main advantage of Sigma is it's universality. In other words if phone is based on the supported CPU, it can be unlocked with the SigmaKey/Box, even if it is not placed in the list of supported cell phones.
