Most probably that this firmware version B2G_P752D04V1.1.0B13_MOVISTAR differs from other versions of ZTE OPEN.
Send us this file for analysis:

Sigma Software v1.32.01 has been released.
With this update firmware version B2G_P752D04V1.1.0B13_MOVISTAR has been officially added to the list of supported for Direct Unlock / Repair IMEI operations. Please notice that phone requires to be connected in a Download mode (Vol+Vol- PowerON).
Feel free to test new solutions from SigmaKey Team.

Video tutorial

Don't forget to post results along with the log files.
