zte v975 no service after successfully unlocked


hi sigma key team , i have successfully unlocked zte v975 in sigma key. but after unlocked , i got no service in 900/1800 mhz. set is brand new and its imei is ok.i also performed hard reset, but no success at all . pls help me . here its log file.

Did you try powering phone on with original SIM card?
Can it detect network properly?
Also, try try to select network manually, from phone's menu.

dear sir , customer does not have its original sim card . Set is from newze land. also there is a cross mark near the network bars when sim is inside .without sim no sim card showing on the screen.

What network provider current handset was locked to?
Did you try powering phone with different SIM cards?
Also, check phone's hardware for a malfunctions.

its provider is skinny mobile from newzealand. set is brand new, and was locked

According this description, Skinny - Spark New Zealand (530-06) works in MTS 850 / UMTS 2100.
Try to reflash this phone into some another firmware version. Here are some files for V795: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
