I tried to rest user code failed but network lock is done, please add user code unlock.

@ kawalya,

First of all please notice that it is always recommended to use latest Sigma Software.
At the moment latest software version is 1.28.02, please install and use it.
Also, as it was already mentioned, did you try to enter "0000" code that was ready by Sigma Software v 1.27.02?

FYI
I've just tested ZTE Z331. SigmaKey works as expected - shows user code when I press "Read unlock codes". Note that I changed code to 1928 before test, to make sure it works.
