Box openning error - GSM-Forum

i was facing a problem when i open volcano tool it shows me error... i installed fresh windows and problem is same.. can someone help me to sortout the problem? already tried all given drivers

no one here faced this problem??? anyway i solved this but have another issue now... that is when my network connection is enabled volcano tool not open.. and when i open the soft after disable my newrork connection it opens and works fine..

there is some problem in volcano that tool tries to connect to internet when we open it... as i am using a connection that is besed on mikrotik winbox so ip changes time by time so tool opens and closed by itself...

install New Box Driver setup.

after install setup driver Reinsert Volcano cable.

i already did... but as i told you problem is because of mikrotik winbox connection. i want to know that is this possible to disable server news in tool? i think it will solve my problem. as i can use volcano without any problem when i open it after disabling network connection (i disable network only for opening tool after it is open i can enable it and use net also)
