DEAR VOLCANO TEAM I HAVE A MTK MOBILE FROM LAVA ...N IWANT TO CLEAR ITS MONKEY VIRUS BUT WHEN I M CONNECTING MOBILE TO PC N START THE CLEAR VIRUS PROGRAMME THEN ITS NOT FOUND THE MTK PORT PLEASE HELP WHAT SHOULD I DO ???????

Look like You're using 64 bit Windows & its Drivers Conflict , Always use windows 32 bit for Avoid kind a issues

no dear i m using 32 bit .......windows 7 n can u give me best driver for mtk

1.Reduce com port no
2.close SPtool and other tool that can use MTK port
3.run Merapi exe in admin mode
