Club Mobile Hello 104 after format still password require

phone shows " Please enter the privacy protection password to unlock"

tried to hard reset by buttons Vol UP + Vol Down + Power, then clear eMMC, but after that not format as same.

with volcano format by address still no success

with 3rd method to format Vol UP + Power Button goes to recovery, after format not success, still require password

any more idea?

need to full format and flash again do this if only have same factory firmware and after that need to repair imei

for now volcano not support privacy protection

Brother solution already released use volcano latest version(2.9.9&3.0.0&3.0.2) do unlock privacy under android tab
