hello

i have problem with spreadum phone al i get this error

Code:

Detection initiated...
  Vcc: 5
  Gnd: 11 12
  Analyzing D+ and D-...
  D+ = 4, D- = 3
  Detection D+/D- with 3.83 seconds!
  Analyzing USB device, please wait...
  Found [SPD] USB device: SCI USB2Serial,(VID_1782&PID_4D00)
  Setting...
>>Set the Pinouts failed,please reconnect and try again!

plz replay qqly as u can

and if it's possible to add sonork id for Volcano Box Product Manager will by good

this phone is boot protected, press and hold * button and click run, it not then hold 08 button same time and repeat process,
it will work for sure,

tested by me.

also you can add me in sonork and knock for help any time.

do as Sadam Said. also post screenShot for better understand what is going on.
this case also cause of you select wrong boot for example
if you have 6610/20 cpu in phone and you select 6600L so this can be make error
for future kindly make screen shot and post here for understanding well and use other ***** and try
