Help needed volcanobox supporters [ Answered ]

hello,I cant no more use me lovely volcanobox
it stopped workinG sudently; when i try to open volcanobox utility,VOLCANOBOX NOT FOUND.
POWER CABLE IS OK,DRIVERS ARE OK AND VOLCANOBOX PL2303 COMPORT NUMBER IS SHOWED IN MY COMPUTER HARDWARE.TRIED ON OTHER COMPUTERS BUT NO SUCCES.I BOUGHT IT IN GPG INDUSTIRES SHOP IN GANGZHU SINCE 2012.IT IS A GENUINE VOLCANOBOX AND I USED ALL PAST UPDATES BUT BOX IS NO MORE WORKING.MAY BE EEPROM PROBLEM AND I AM NOT UNDER WARRANTY.PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU CAN REPAIR IT REMOTLY.THANKS IN ADVANCE

Make sure you're Not Pressed External Power Red Button from front side of Box , if EEPROM Damaged then Cannot fixed by Remotely . Need to Replace New Box
