Disable ANTIVIRUS......First extract MERAPI 1.3.2 setup.....Than extract MERAPI 1.3.8 setup into 1.3.2 folder....Put MERAPI folder into your ANTIVIRUS EXCLUSION list.....Turn on ANTIVIRUS and than check again.
