which phone jig you have use in your phone

if use- p 05b select 1- vcc

if use -p 10c select 10 -vcc

go to detect tab

select cpu type ( mstar D+ D-)

connect phone

click detect button and hold power button

then click on set pinout

now go back to mstar tab

untick auto pinouts detect

select operation you want ( read flash. write flash )

and click run ( dont touch power button)

try and post result.
