Now after two months of time, he says no warranty and he cant do anything except sending my comprised box back. I also have problem with RIFF BOX with icables.in people, he forcibly giving other jtag managers to manage and work with lower firmware. He has no answer to the question why we cant use jtag 1.51 manager with latest firmware, and he directs to other jtag links as an answer. When we pay full amount for the software tool, how resellers can supply cloned boxes. I request volcano team to look in to this issue, and make my volcano box replaced, and put this type of resellers to blacklist so that other persons don't get cheated. |
