try with Nokia USB cable
select boot 7.1216
untick Auto detect pinouts
tick usb mode
and click Run
hold boot key & insert usb cable

boot key is vol down

select boot 7.1216
untick Auto detect pinouts
tick usb mode( see your screen shot, you not tick on usb mode )
Run
after press run see in volcano window appear massege analysis usb
press vol down then insert usb cable
