why it needs to be close? how about those future user who will experience the issue? maybe you can't really fix the issue. we're waiting for quite long already to fix the issue but since you close the thread, its a sign you can't fix the problem instead telling us to buy new product.

we're a legit user of different Mobile Service Product. about the issue on "Read Volcano Data Failed" why instead of telling us to buy new product, why don't you fix the problem of damage security firmware on every box, yes we're only few user who experienced that issue but why you don't fix it by giving us an update software to fix the firmware of volcano box? the box we bought was legit and not hardware damage issue, maybe only the firmware? so I think we deserve to have a good support instead of selling as a new hardware, this will only show that some of your developer team is incompetent on dealing with this kind of issue. we deserve a support and not selling as new device otherwise give as 50 percent or more discount for new device we buy due to unresolved issue that your developer team cannot make a solution.

Its Get Damage Due to Unconditional H/W Fault , So Its Cannot Fixed by Firmware or Software Update . We Make New Security upto Users Request Offline Based & we cant Revised again .

Because Volcano User list is Huge , Hope You Understand !!

Thank you for your respond, yes I do understand your side. but since the problem of this issue is cannot be fix soon or never, May we a legit users at least to have a discount on purchasing the inferno tool usb dongle, because sometime (if ever it has still warranty or none) it's not practically possible to return the device because of expensive freight and time to return the product. and also we wasted the time of free demo or if ever the device is inferno activated.
