Hi all!

I have just bought volcano box. All was working fine for 2 days, inferno too. After i had installed update 1.0R inferno started to show "read volcano data failed,the program is terminated" and not working!

box 957-481-006

How to fix it and make it work?

As i understand it was damaged by inferno update and support offers to buy one more box or dongle? Realy? one more box after ten days of using preveous?

Brother if your box within warranty kindly contact your re-seller for replace the box

I bought it on aliexpress, re-seller GSM-SERVERS not answering.

I tried win7x32 win10x64.

Was box damaged by update? Any official recall document that i can show to reseller ?

It was bought on company money and it is difficult now to describe to boss why it was working and now not working, and why we should spend money to post it to china back.

You Need to Contact your Reseller & Replace Box , No any Other Solution for this

May be resseller could send for free inferno key? if you as a Product Supporter contact with resseller? It should fix problem as i understand.

in this Case we can't do anything , if Your Buy Official Reseller then They Must Have Warranty Policy & will Replace Device For You

user problems read data box volcano merrpi tool work but inferno not work wait ?
