when you have zero Credit in your box, how could be MERAPI activate brother?

If you have already bought from reseller or you have RED Box WITH credit, then, only your reseller can help you. Simple logic is that your reseller took money from you that means only you must have helped by your reseller to activate it. If he doesn't help you, then, ask him refund your money.

Hello brother,

Some resellers that have bought RED Volcano without Merapi activation. When they did not buy with Merapi Act; how can they give you with act? So all RED Volcanoes are not Merapi activated.

If reseller says that RED Volcano has Merapi act, then, ask with him to send you 39 credit. Otherwise, you have to buy from official reseller. Is this clear brother?
