Samsung read info ERROR - VolcanoBox
 

Hi , New user of VolcanoBox , I just wanted to know why Volcano can't correctly read Samsung infos ?

I have GT-S5839I that works fine , i just wanted to test it on my new box and here is the log

Any other tool can read info easily for this simple model , is it a problem in my box or what ?

I enabled ADB and i'm using the original USB cable, tested even on the latest Volcano 3.0.0.

In my way trying to solve this i noticed that ADB.exe doesn't launch , is that normal ?

Ps: every other tab works fine , other mobile phones except Samsung are working OK.

used latest samsung drivers too.

Try with older version 2.5.0 or 2.7.2 and post results.

i think u use samsung tab go to android tab and do ur job

Whats is problem in phone ? plz provide more details

u can also read info in android in adb mode .

use volcANO VERSION 3.0.0 [LATEST] ,check drivers,choose correct model,if still u get any eror post detail with screen shot (tool version showing) here.

There is nothing wrong in the phone , i want to test the read info option.
