After Write Do Format ..
Like this step -
  1. Read Flash ..
  2. Do Format ..
  3. Write Backup ..
  4. Again Do Format ..

After this step insert buttery & press power key 1-2 minute ..
Post Result with screen shot ..

Open Volcano Tool 2.7.2 & go to SPD Tab

* Select Boot SC6531
* Select Flash File Readed Backup
* Write Flash to your handset
* Select Baud-rate 230400
* Format now.

Post report here.
