Volcano box cannot detect mtk cpu... Please help product supporter..

Good day to all especially to product manager and supporter.. can u help me in my box... cant detect any kind of MTK cpu...

i try now XYTELL model with MTK cpu does not detect the phone....

CPU: mediatek ARM 6252A

please help me on how to detect this phone....

but if coolsand CPU can detect this box but if MTK CPU its so difficult to detect the phone...

thanks brother i was able to detect the phone using the rx tx... because the usb or usb jack connector that come with the box i think their is problem and cant detect the phone...

no brother

if your mobile have mini usb like lg 3500 (5 pin connector)

connect with connector

go to detect tab

select [d+ d-] spd/ankya

press detect

and press and hold power key of mobile

after pinout detect

press set pinout

go to mtk tab and enjoy

but dont release power key

cant connect mtk cpu with usb .before it was all ok after installing miracle box problem started pls help log is below


Waiting for phone's response,please press Power on/off button.
Failed to open port.
IF Software stop here. you see Stop(red) button become Run(Green) please press and hold power button till boot downloading not start, then release power button, when you releaes power button if boot downloading stop this mean you have HARDWARE fault in your mobile
