Volcano Merapi tool login problem
System error
The problem can't start because MSVCR100. dll
Is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem.

disable your antivirus and install setup again

Hello,
Kindly make sure you are not using windows xp or windows 10 because both operating system are not well supported with Inferno tool
windows 7 or windows 8 with 32bit system ie recommended for use Inferno tool.
