Infernó marks me an error
Softdog Data error, the program is terminated

I already rebooted my pc, I already tried on another pc and nothing.
I work in windows 32 & 64 and same error.
what solution is it?
I returned to extract the programs and I did not solve either.


My license is not because it expires until 2019
