merapi is now free for all volcano box users, after expired inferno account, you can still able to use volcano and merapi tool, otherwise check volcano/merapi intalation files are complete...check if some antivirus are blocking exe files.

Its not problem. Read full in .bin format by inferno. And after it run r-studio and show bin fil as disk image. After it you will see file system android of backuped phone. In file system you can find all what you want. Try it, there are no difficult for do it.

bro can you explain in more detail first should i read flash from phone in bin formate and after that which softwear should i use to change file in disk extension ?

Change you Spd exe drive and make sure it have enough space.Recommended drive is internal drive of pc except external drive
