what is this volcano box product manager and product supporter do not rply

that they are best
and care their users
but reality is very diffrent
when i contact to product manager
for beta testing of 2.2.0 of volcano box
he do not any rply
and i also contact to product supporter he also do not any rply
i wait about an hour but no rply

my problem was that have 2 phones whch is dead by read info by 2.1.9
and i want 2.2.0 for read flash
to alive my phones

Why volcano team couldn't allow its user for beta testing

and its still delaying for release its official update


Mine too have same problem when getting beta testing version from volcano team

they didn't give proper replay for me

See here funniest replay from volcano team,When we are trying to contact faisal _computer and ask for beta testing exe,after he seen our request then he went out offline

if he is doing always like this then where can we get this beta testing
