its mstar cpu inside the phone , lot of phone done by volcano

phone is i think mtk cpu open the phone back side you wil see rx tx pinout format the phone your problem will solve good luck

bro.use usb methurd rx tx not works on mstar cpu

or use d+ d- by pin find seting it works.........

It's looking drivers problem , check drivers and please remove all mass storage devices from your PC
