dear supporter i just try to updata my card as i see mine was a nero card when i purchase it long time ago i though reseller send me 4se now y realice mine says nero key when i try to use nero key updater prompt me for licence id and pass i never get this details now how can i do to update my card

Well but I have already used the product on the card 4SE so why can not I do an update?

dear sir i think this is not the case cause before this update i was using my 4se without problem until now, i bought the key long time and was working fine i never use it as a nero key i dont even know what nero key is until now that i check the card and read that say in grey letters nero key so it means after all the time i had use my card now i have to pay more even if i bought the key as 4se i dont understand this
