9700 white screen chip cracked

hi i was changing a 97000 usb connector, but after assembly always white screen with a dozen screens various versions, reheat, but problem remain, so looking carefully at the pcb, there is a small glass chip cracked in a corner, that i believe is the problem, phone was ok before, so i think i damaged it, is there any jumper or definitely, i will have to change it, please see the pic below.
i don't know the chip name, or if it controls in anyway the screen, but its the only thing near the screen connector that seems damaged

Hi,the chip that is broken in your diagrame is the fault of the white screen,you have to get a dead board and change it with yours,it will surely display,your problem will be solved.

hi and is there any kind of jumper instead on trying to change it cause i don't have an infrared station, and it seems kind of hard to change?

I don't have the jumper diagram,but its easy to fix or change,just make sure u have the right polarity amd same ic,you can get it from bold 1,tour and storm1 or 2,all is the same ic
