Hi All, please i have a strange problem with my bb 9800.

when i press the call button to make a call, the screen instantly goes off and comes on when the call ends though it goes through.

the same thing happens when i receive a call ie., press the call button.

have wiped and reloaded the os without any success.

Can you please show me where on the flex the proximity sensor is???

seen another suggestion it is a result of a too sensitive proximity sensor and that it should be shaded a bit.

any help will be appreciated.

best wishes
