blackberry 9800 and 9700 restarting


please help......

I have 2 blackberry 9800 and 9700 restarting, i have done flashing, Nuke, wipe install latest firmware, but no success and i need solution please.

blackberry restart

9800 BB check the fuel gauge and voltage u902 work on R911
cpu voltage checks his work in C1064

BB 9700 u901 check the fuel gauge and it works on the R913 and check its working voltage cpu C1007
