dongle firmware problem [ ANSWERED ] - GSM-Forum

Your Dongle Firmware is Not up to date, plz update your dongle Firmware to Ver : 0101
Searhing Dongle..Found.
Updating Firmware..Erreur!
Connecting to server... OK!!!
Asking server for access...OK.
Asking server for Update...Dongle Already Updated!!
Erreur recieving data from Server !

but say that dongle firmware is 0100

i today buy it and i try to instal and use but cann't.
i have red key reader and use windows xp sp3. pls anyone help
and i turn off antivirus and mtk tools icon is not avalible

can be problem because i on same pc have NCK dongle? pls answaer and give me solution

You need to install your dongle Correctly
