Help! iPhone from Orange UK not unlocked

Hi. I have an order with id 13291 UK Orange T-Mobile All iPhones 01304500753xxxx $69.00 USD. I received an email that the code has been successfully calculated but my money was refunded. Does that mean that the phone can't be unlocked? I checked with iPhone Network Finder that the phone is locked to Orange GBR UK.

As long you got it refunded means we cannot process it. So offcourse if money refunded phone is still locked

had the same case and guessed so hope they resolve the issue.
both orange and t-mobile down.

but another thing is I added orange che switzerland now past 3 days not done still pending.

but u dont have to send mail dat phone is unlocked

You have client area aswell where you can see. Also on mail you get you havent any status for the phone. Mail you got simply confirmed that the phone was dont but doesnt mentioned that was UNLOCKED.

The problem is not in the emails. I want to know when the server will be online again so I can order it again. How can I check the server and is there a point to order it again and in what time. Thanks!

Add service to check, which service is online and wich is not.

Service depends on supplier so what status to add ? If service is offline we simply remove service totally
