There is a real problem only With Sprint and KDDI on iphone 5.
Didn't see this problem on iPhone 4S .
And yes Patch from others products are compatible because chinasnow made it and this patch are used by all on the market .
If X-sim Team release an update which will make x-sim to not use patch - than this will be Excelent !

Tested iOS 7 on Sprint iPhone 5 with patch on X-Sim (4.19) BETA 1-4 is working perfect for CALL, SMS, 3G BUT...iOS 7 BETA 5 start have SMS and 3G problem again. hope this can recover soon

It's funny how another team has to come to rescue. By the looks of it R-SIM/Falwok are the actually superior solutions to X-SIM.
