XSIM 4S NO SERVICE even updated my xsim to 4.20 version need help please

tested 4.11 and 4.13 xsim ireland meteor
use imsi 2720320
signal ok tested my iphone 4s meteor ireland

there is big problem on the recent x-sim stock for the irish network .
try maybe 50 pcs x-sim , on more than 20 iphone 4s .

only work for meteor network , but not for any other network . (searching , no server , activation) .

product quality is getting worse or i am just unlucky . the card is directlly from x-sim reseller listed in the forum .
