This is the second time that happens with this server, he posts an unlocking service in test but he doesn't mentions it when I submit in less than 24 hours he deletes it and cancel my order. When I ask him for a refund he never does, he takes days to answer me with several excuses.
I will post a copy of my conversation with him.
