Please rewrite your IMEI then it should be fine again. Make sure y have 0/01 IMEI at this moment.

After efs clear 1,2,3 rf cal date and other rf is also cleared. So I want to try nv items and see if it can help me in weak signal and not registered to network issue.

No, these items can help you be registered quick but without them you will able to register phone but not in 5 sec (For my phone it will take about 1 min). Make sure you Rewrite IMEI by using OFFICIAL METHOD only, others boxes have some problem with full rewrite an IMEI.

To restore NVITEMS without backup file you Need a CWM500 mshine to perform a CAL and save it.

Why can't I write nv items with qpst, cdma workshop or qaulcoom tools of efs pro.

RF data is unique and belongs to your phone only, i dont understand why you have done any backups before erase.

What ???
CAL + IMEI + SIM how

and
if u r saying about these partition m9kefs1, m9kefs2, m9kefs3 i did restore these after the efs erase i did in service mode but imei and rf data was not restored and for imei i used qpst to write it back again.

One thing else i want to ask can serial number of the phone can cause problems like "not registered to network" bcoz in some system info apps and customs roms i am seeing a different serial number on my phone only on stock touchwiz roms its showing the correct serial number which is on the sticker of phone.

m9kefs1, m9kefs2, m9kefs3 must be written VIA odin3 software ONLYYY. QPST is not for I9505.

EFS file can be damaged or corrupted but signal and IMEI will be okey unti3 3 above files are correct.
