What status was the phone before you receive from customer?

Baseband is unknown in settings tried many frimwares but couldn't get it to working.
Please tell me what should i do.

To EVERYONE.....

If having serious issues like these..Please use the following options when FLASHING....USE the NEWEST ODIN!!!!!

Download the 4 files....it contains everything.....make sure is correct ORIGINAL Firmware of the device!!!

DO NOT use any other PIT or Files......

*DIRECTIONS*

Load each of the 4 files into matching SLOT....
DO NOT USE the 5th file if it is there..starts with "HOME-" IGNORE THIS FILE!

Now after all files are loaded....

TICK these options:

1) Auto-Reboot
2) NAND Erase All
3) Re-partition (This is ALREADY inside the CSC File...NO PIT REQUIRED)
4) F. Reset TIME
5) Phone Bootloader Update
6) Phone EFS Clear (Repairs Baseband and EFS Using Golden Backup)

*WARNING*
If you turn on the device, and see a Kies message or ODIN Mode automatically....
FLASH The device on THIS SCREEN!!!!!!
It has been configured to FIX automatically...DO NOT force into ODIN MODE!!

SET Device in Appropriate "Download Mode" (LEAVE AUTOMATIC if done already)

CONNECT device to USB connector on MainBoard USB...
With ORIGINAL Cable (OR Data Approved Working USB Cable)

Hit START inside ODIN!!!

WAIT Until Samsung "Setup Wizard Appears on DEVICE.

COMPLETE RESTORE TO FACTORY ---- COMPLETED!!!
