Dear All. I recived from USA my Samsung S4 - 9500. was working fine for 1 month, but now not anymore. IMEI null / null. I did the same process described, but my S4 is still not working. What can I do?

already flash with these file and i9500 still hang on logo...the problem is that i make restore nvm with z3x and now phone dead cant mount efs problem

hi friends, the solution for imei null/null is easy. verified baseband if says "unknow" and imei null/null open odin download modem_9500.tar o md5 any modem for you fiirmware version. is load via odin to casiila phone. thanks

rename the file GT-i9500 fix_imei_null to GT-i9500 fix_imei_null.rar and extract it :) that's all and flash your phone

Use Chimera Tool. It works like a dream!!!

delete .md5 then flash.

thx its work with me.... after flash the phone the imei becomes 0049999.....
then i do factory reset and root the phone and finally repair imei on z3x box..thx 4 sharing!!!

I follow all the steps on this post, i used ODIN to apply this file and all its ok, but when my phone complete the installation it reboot then it got STUCK on the SAMSUNG LOADING SCREEN and nothing happen. I waited for around 20 up to 30 minutes but the phone is TOTALLY STUCK on the SAMSUNG LOADING SCREEN. I delete/wipe the cache and used a fresh rom but still not working: IMEI null/null and BASEBAND VERSION: UNKNOWN.

Is there any other options that i could use to solve this problem? all the solutions that i found redirect me to this same post and i dont know if im doing something wrong or what... PLEASE HELP! :confused:

i suggest to write dump file with riff box after that flash with odin

try with i9505 modem patch imei repair and unlock work

confirm, with small update

1. After flash mine phone stuck on SAMSUNG - solution, volume up + home + power and reset/wipe full factory
2. After that I got imei 0449xxxx , first root it, grant rights with Super SU, enable Development & Debugging USB
3. make backup of your efs (just in case), tehn in repair: restore EFS + test mode and fix imei

when i flashed it give me same error File is invalid

My Brothers follow the next steps:

1) To fix imei null try to flash any modem >>this will fix your imei null >>then reset efs by spt box >>then write any imei by UART Cable (TESTED)


2) to repair imei with Availability Network do this steps(Imei you will):

a) Downgrade your phone version to 4.2.2
b) root your phone with Su version 1.94
c) Disable your Knox Security
d) Do Spt Mode with (Debug USB Cable)
e) If CP phone available in the dialed menu (*1234#) then your phone can be repaired with Availability Network
f) If CP not found Then try to write Any Super IMEI with SPT BOX :)
