Member: 2808721 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | Galaxy S7 Overheating after screen replacement? Anyone know what the issue would be before i open it back up? I doubt it's the screen as it was a Samsung service pack and I've used the same supplier for years and never had a faulty screen yet. |

Display replacement is a fairly simple process, that is if the whole lcd+digital was replaced. If that is the case then all I can think of is that the new display for whatever reason is hotter than normal and adding the heat to the logic board causing overheat. |
