how i flash M110S galaxy s any call

i try with odin v.3.09 and use md5 file and the log is below:

FILE is:
M110S-Gingerbread-HOME-IMAGE-REV03-VJ04-1944-USER.tar.md5

my cell in download mode condition. when i on my cell with power buttn it went in download mode.

plz help me what i do more to solve my problem

i connent cell with download mode by usb cable then odin is hange on seup connection..
and when i disconnect cell then show all threads completed..........

but my problem not solve till now

menu + power button not vol down
