i9505 can't connect to a network please help
 

Hi all, for some reason I can't read info on or unlock or repair imei. I've searched the forum but can't find a solution. Any help would be much appreciated. I have full bars on the s4 but when I try to make a call it comes up with "not registered on network" help....

*#0808# choose modem+adb. choose correct com in z3x and unlock. don't forget to root before...

root phone 1st
open super user update binary and disable knox
conect via the usb cable
#0808# choose modem+adb
wait for drivers to install

select com port in z3x
repair im ei or rite new qcn or cert file

Thanks guys I spent so long looking around the forum. So one more question how do I update binary and disable knox, I opened super user but can't see the options ? do I need to upgrade to pro?

No need any upgrade a pro.

- Root easy with this: CF-Auto-Root-jflte-jfltexx-gti9505 , (can find in google or here "root any device" thread, above button in dasboard forum), flash with Odin in AP/PDA fiel with phone in D.Mode.

- at restart, (not touch nothingh first), go in app and click in SU icon, "disable Knox" press ok

- Uptate you Z3X to 18.3 you are using obsolete version.

- Set phone how "Help Button", *#0808# "DM+MODEM+ADB" for microusb cable

- connect phone to usb 2 directly motherboard pc an open Z3X sw then select I9505

- If have 4.3 or more gigh fw version, ceck "New Security" and z3x usb port

- Make operaction you want, if unlock, or with "Read codes", (if supported), or direct "Unlock

- For Imei, NOT skipe "Nv Bkc Read/write", then press "Repair" insert you Imei and press ok

- leave that sw work, phone reboot 1/2 time, then finish

- Insert unaceptated sim or wich have issue, wait 3/4 min.s if not get signal, search manually network, (this only first time), select and enjoy

P.d. not have write procedure with QCN or CERT becouse for this model isn't necessary, tested 100%

Still no luck its coming up with com not found and if its in the other usb ports the phone comes up not found

Post Screenshoot of phone Rootted and all steps you do, w/o Screenshoot and step by step procedure posted above is impossible that only you cannot connect this easy I9505


Post always in right secrtion, this isn't Z3X section.
