need help about I9500. pls reply

hello,
my phone is s4-I9500. i update jelly bean 4.3 to kitkat 4.4.2. i update by OTA.
after someday my phone is restarting. i wipe data. then phone is boot complete but when making call, play gaming, phone is restart.

sometimes i power off phone. then when power on phone not boot. phone is continue restarting.

then i rest the phone and put out the battery few minutes and then i power on phone but phone boot completely but same result that phone is restarting when making call or any using.

when phone is continue restarting , phone is few hot. upper side.

i check battery graph from setting menu, battery graph is not good, 40% is painting black colour.

i details to write my phone. so, i how can i repair this problem. please reply.


and again, can i root using Volcano or Shuame for Samsung S4/S5 ?

initially u can try with different firmware version. this might solve your problem

u'll loose IMEI i think. better flash with same version another firmware.

you can not downgrade ... flash the latest firmware but try another file

IF yu want dwngrd Root install custom recovery flash any 4.3 based custom roms using custom recovery .
