Note3 SM-N900 can not go to recvery mode - GSM-Forum

I have got a Note 3 SM-N900 customer said it has been turned off suddenly I tried to flash with lollipop version flash completed but phone only shows logo and turn off and can not go to recovery to wipe it but it can go to download mode .It previous version has been lollipop but don't know specifically which version .
Any idea about this problem

brother flash it with full rom i mean ith 4 files.

Thanks bro for reply I couldn't find any 4file lollipop firmware
