You mean your Phone is dead and you can't Access download mode or bootloader menu ?

if yes and you bricked it you will need JTAG to repair!

Jtag isn't app you can use if you don't know about it send phone to qualified repair center

Why would you need flash file you can't use it. Anyway use samfirmware . C o m for flashfile or use Search
