S5 SM-G900V Binary 2 Reactivation lock

Hi,
Got a G900V reactivation locked with G900VVRU2DPF4 Binary 2 firmware , how to reset this lock , any solution???
Got Z3x ,Octopus, EFT Dongle , still Couldn't solve can anyone help?

Try Eng_boot file to modify system to bypass Reactivation Lock.

Flash Stock boot.img or Full Firmware revert back to working condition.

Yes phone is booted now but reactivation lock remains . Any solution?
