Samsung I8190 Strange Problem

I have got samsung I8190 for reset to clear its old data (images, apps,Videos) I did factory reset from setting but it didn't clear anything, I did hard reset by flashing wipe file but still same, flashed with single file no result then i flashed with repair firmware but got the same result.
Is there any solution for this phone
