Samsung i9300 user code remove - GSM-Forum

Hi,there is any chance to remove user code from a Samsung i9300 without hard reset (without deleteing media files inside the phone) phone has a older version of android since customer is keeping the phone like that more than one year(photos and video are realy important).
I have tried with SRS one Clik to remove user code but I get connecting error (probably phone doesn't have usb debugging mode enabled:

---= SRS One-Click-Root v4.7 =---

1:51:04 AM - Starting ADB Server..
1:51:10 AM - ADB Device: NOT FOUND

ERROR: Make sure your device is connected in Android Debug mode, and the drivers are installed. then try again.

any other idea ???????????

Are you sure that this program will not wipe used data ?

what you have uploaded in the link?...it's only a downloader and a crap program called LiveSupport...had to restore my system to get rid of it !!!!!!!!!

I don't have asansam box (for Samsung I have bought only NSPro, Z3X, SGTool, MicroBox, FuriosGold-pack12) but none supports user code remove w/o data wipe...

interesting but I don't have volcano box ... I don't want tobuy it just for this phone.... any other free program to do the job w/o data wipe???

try use tool free ect: Android & Infineon Tool SamsunG Free Tools searh in google or in this forum,easy to use good luck
