actually i got too many devices with this error but, all of them works good with no errors ...

i try with pit bro..its same..i try many firmware but all are same..before i got this mobile its normal running mobile with no baseband .no imei..then i flash with new latest's firmware after that i got this problem.

So this happens when your efs folder is damaged there is no quick fix for this situation as long as you have a back up of your efs you'll be fine. Please post more info about z3x log also firmware version then I can help you better.
