samsung t285 mdm download block 1 food panda tab

how to flash this tablet . show in download mode mdm download blcok 1
in tablet install foodpanda software.
i want to remove this software without software no solution can any one share solution how to solve this problem .

no adb needed,no download mode just usb modem port..
