samsung tab T561 locked with SOTI MobiControl - GSM-Forum

Samsung Tab E model T561 locked with SOTI MobiControl on startup screen nothing else is showing accept selected apps. Unable to enter into settings. I flash the handset with single file from India still same. Can anyone provide me repair file (4 files) or solution to remove that. Thanks in advance.
