Trouble with SM-G920F

I am trying to flash 6.0.1 f/w for this device and once ODIN is almost done flashing the AP file it fails. Phone will not boot.. I get 'An error has occurred while updating the device software. Use the Emergency recovery function in the smart switch PC software" Unfortunately I do not know the S/N of the device to fix the phone using that method.

I found a custom rom called Omega 1.0 and I flashed it and I tried to flash the Modem / BL and now I have an unknown baseband and null IMEI. I have an Octopus Box do you think I will be able to fix it using OB?

re-flash with the mentioned FW I've sent to u it's the latest build and should fix modem problem that custom rom cause

If you remove the back-cover, you get the IMEI and SN, but I'm not sure if that method (emergency) works for this modern device.
