unlock Galaxy S4 I9505/Firmware changed how to put it in my language?

i don´t know if i´m in the Wright place, but can somebody tell me how do i get the unlock code, by IMEI, to unlock my phone? or how can i do this in other way?

the other thing is that the person o sell me the phone has flashed it and put a germany firmware I9505XXUFNA5 , and i don´t know if there is a Portuguese Firmware, like this one or newer to install, and how can i do this?, root and unroot the phone with Odin and the latest firmware?The phone is vodafone Portuguese network

i once put an older version of the firmware but in a S4 Mini, and it turned "KNOX" flag 0x1, now on this phone i´m afraid of doing it, and i need specific instructions, i´m a little bit newbie...
